Thank you for choosing to shop with us. These are the terms and conditions that govern our DELIVERY.

All Wofai Empire deliveries outside Lagos, Nigeria, are done by DHL.

Delivery Duration

  • Production time is 7–10 business days
  • Delivery time (Lagos) is 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time (interstate) is 2–5 business days
  • Delivery time (international) is 5–7 business days

Please note that deliveries are not carried out during weekends or public holidays.

If the item(s) purchased is needed urgently, kindly state this in the order note on the website or send an email specifying the required date.

All delivery costs vary according to the location and weight of the items.

For complaints concerning deliveries, such as exceeded delivery time, kindly send an email to our customer support team at help@wofaiempire.com.

Custom Charges

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach the destination country. For international orders, customs/import charges may apply.

Please note that Wofai Empire is not responsible for these charges. All charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Note: If the recipient refuses to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us by the courier service, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Change of Delivery Details

If you wish to change your delivery address or contact details, please email your order name and number to help@wofaiempire.com.

Please note that this may delay delivery if the order has already been processed.

If the delivery has already reached the initial address, changing the address will require an additional fee you pay.

Failed Delivery Attempt

For local deliveries within Lagos, Nigeria: If delivery fails due to your unavailability, incorrect address, or phone number after you have been contacted, you will be required to pay for any subsequent delivery attempts.

For international or interstate deliveries: If delivery fails due to your unavailability, incorrect address, or phone number, a second delivery attempt will be made. After that, you will be required to pay for any further attempts.
